Measurements
A booking fee confirms your order and your dates. Suma takes your measurements and your gown begins.

First fitting
You try the gown as it takes shape, and we refine the fit and the details together.

Final fitting
The finishing touches and one last fit, so everything is right before collection.

Your day
Collect your gown, ready to wear. Afterwards, we would love to hear your story in the app.
Fittings
To give you Suma's full attention, we kindly ask that only one guest joins you at each fitting. Bring the shoes you'll wear on the day.
Payments
A booking fee confirms your order and the balance is paid before collection. Your schedule, receipts and balance are always in the app.

How early should I book?

How many fittings will I have?
Usually a measurement appointment, a first fitting and a final fitting. If your gown needs more, we add them.
How much does a gown cost?
Every gown is made to order, so we quote each one individually at your consultation.
Can I bring someone to my fittings?
Yes, one guest. A quieter room keeps the fitting focused and the result better.
Can I change an appointment?
Yes. Use Request a change in the app, or message us on WhatsApp.
